He was the best thing that could have happened after my 6 year old hit a coffee table. The cut was on her forehead, bone deep. An ER doctor was willing to do the sutures but we insisted on a plastic surgeon. Thank God we did, because Dr. Do had excellent bed side manner, took time to answer our questions in detail, worked meticulously, and expertly made 4 layers of dissolvable stitches to minimize scarring. We intend to take our daughter to him for any and all follow ups. You are in good hands with Dr. Do

Dr. Do was on-call for emergency surgery when I came into the hospital with a dog bite. He was great at informing me the details about everything he's doing, insuring I was comfortable, and properly cleaned up for the stitches. Dr Do has a great down-to-earth personality, great sense of humor. I was very, very fortunate to have him on-call during my emergency. Thank you, doc. You did an amazing job with patching things up!

After a dog mauled me, I was rushed to the emergency room at Good Samaritan hospital. Luckily, Dr. Do was working that day and he was able to stitch me up. He did a beautiful job. I feel so blessed that he just happened to be there when I was rushed in. Hopefully, you will never end up in the ER. But, if you find yourself a Good Samaritan with any kind of a laceration or wound that needs stitching, ask for Dr. Do. He is an incredibly kind and skilled surgeon and I have confidence that my wounds will heal with minimal scars.

I broke my nose playing water polo. After El Camino Hospital emergency department said they would not do the closed nasal reduction to put everything back in line, they referred me to Dr. Do. I called Dr. Do on a Sunday before I was even allowed to go home from the ED, he picked up and recognizing the urgency needed so the broken nose don't heal itself permanently the wrong way, he made time for me on short notice the next day at his office even around the holidays. He was available and responsive. He patiently walked me through the options, risks and opportunity to correct without being pushy and proceeded in less than 30 minutes to do the procedure correctly in his office. Afterwards he checked in with me by text and was available for texting questions and concerns, which I really appreciated. My nose today is healing and looks even better than it did before the injury thanks to Dr. Do's effective and timely intervention and I really appreciated the concierge, personalized support.

I've been looking forward to writing this review because I'm exceptionally grateful to Dr. Hoang Do. He came to the ER at Good Sam to work on a significant incision between my pointer finger and middle finger on my right hand. He was kind, patient, and focused. He answered my questions and was quite impressive with both his work on my hand and his interaction with me. The incision was not clean and now, measuring approximately 1.5 inches, you wouldn't know it was there unless I pointed it out. After hearing from several people that had injured their hand or finger I expected to have discomfort or nerve pain in the future. That is not the case and I count myself very fortunate. I credit the work of Dr. Hoang Do for these fantastic results. I will always be grateful to him.

Dr. Do is a great plastic surgeon and a person and his quality of work matches Silicon Valley expectations. He showed up in the ER and I felt I was in great hands. His presence, focus and communication had the confidence to put the patient (me) at ease. He stitched up my nose and lip with precision. I am recovering strong thanks to his precision surgery. I recommend Dr. Hoang Do 100%. My panicked wife had a smile once she saw the outcome of his work.

After an accident left my five-year-old's thumb partially amputated, Dr. Do did an excellent job of repairing the damage. Not only does my son have completely restored use of the injured thumb, but it appears any scarring as a result of his injury will be extremely minimal. Dr. Do was warm and reassuring toward my son in the emergency room as well as during follow-up appointments, making a stressful and scary situation far less traumatic for him. We were so fortunatel that Dr. Do answered the call from Good Sam hospital (on a Saturday!) and came in to perform the repair on my husband's face. It was a very deep cut (some stitches 3 layers deep), and Dr. Do did amazing job. Already it looks a thousand times better. Dr. Do saved the tips of my fingers! I had suggested that he just cut the mangled tips off so that I could go on an upcoming cruise. He said "I could do that. But I think I have an 80% chance of saving them for your"! He was correct. See the before and the 6 weeks after photos!

You hope and pray that you don't need a plastic surgeon for a five year old. But when you do, you hope it's someone like Dr. Do. My boy had a cut under his eye and it needed the surest of hands. I recommend Dr. Do wholeheartedly.

10 months ago I had a fall in my home that resulted in massive facial injury including a particularly nasty orbital fx. Dr. Do was very confident and supporting throughout my recovery which helped greatly with my anxiety over it all. Highly recommend.
